There a so many different retail outlets where you can buy a Franklin and Marshall jacket coat and with a huge selection of shapes, sizes, and styles. And then you need to consider colour, length, collar size, style…..it’s not always easy to choose a coat that is both practical and flattering and even then you need to find a coat that is a statement of your style personality. When it’s cold and you are out and about, your coat is the only bit of clothing people will see……it really does matter!

Let’s start with colour. Depending on your personality, most people want a Franklin and Marshall sweatshirt coat that will blend with anything so choose a colour that is fairly neutral, black, brown or navy. Remember depending on your colouring it’s important to get the neutral right. A colour analysis will show you your best neutrals. If this seems a bit boring you can always brighten up your neutrals with colourful scarves and accessories in colours that suit you. Alternatively if you have a dramatic personality a neutral coat won’t be you’re cup of tea at all, you will want something bright and showy. Go for a red or purple coat, many shops are stocking turquoise this autumn too.
The second point is Style. Which style of Franklin and Marshall hoodie coat, suits what body shape? Here are some suggestions.

We often get questions from brides and bridesmaids asking which Franklin and Marshall shoes, jewelry and accessories they should pair with our dresses to match a particular wedding theme. So we decided to make it a regular feature on our blog! Each week we will pick a few images from our favorite wedding blogs and give you a bit of inspiration on how to style your bridesmaids to match that particular theme.

This week’s style is romantic glam by Unity Weddings and Davina + Daniel via Style Franklin Marshall jacket
Franklin Marshall sweatshirt Me Pretty. I am obsessed with the dichotomy of the romantic vintage floral look with the modern black and white art deco details.

To carry this style to your bridal party, we would start with the Ann style Franklin Marshall long sleeve tee in Midnight (available for rent) and pair it with these floral detailed Badgley Mischka heels that soften the look. Add this Fabric Bloom bracelet (currently on sale!) and a cream clutch, then finish the look with a pale pink polish!
